YouthCode has been a partner of The Norwegian Agency for Exchange Cooperation (Norec) since 2012. It has since then developed into a triangular exchange partnership between Flora Upper Secondary School in Norway, Uganda Youth Skills Training Organization (UYSTO) and Youth and Community Development Organisation (YouthCode).  Every year through the Norec project, 24 participants go on exchanges in and between Norway, Uganda and Malawi. The objective of the project is to strengthen each organization as regional development partners through entrepreneurship and vocational skills. The exchange of staff includes both in-house teachers as well as hired professionals. The selected professionals advise the host country partners on a range of vocational and entrepreneurial skills.
